ATM GLOBAL TRIALS – TERMS & CONDITIONS (ENGLISH VERSION)

ATM Total Sports Ltd – Limassol, Cyprus
Commercial Name: ATM Total Sports
Member of the ATM Group of Companies

The following Terms & Conditions define the structure and operation of the ATM Global Trials program and outline the obligations of players, academies, local coordinators, and third parties. By registering for or participating in the trials, all parties fully accept the terms stated below.

1. ATM Total Sports Ltd is the Sole Organizer

1.1 The ATM Global Trials program is fully owned, managed, and organized exclusively by ATM Total Sports Ltd, based in Limassol, Cyprus.

1.2 No academy, individual, or third party is permitted to present themselves as a “representative,” “partner,” “agent,” or “official delegate” of ATM Total Sports without written and explicit authorization from the company.

1.3 Any officially approved collaboration with a local partner will be clearly published on the official website of ATM Total Sports, including the partner’s full details.

2. ATM Total Sports Ltd Has NO Official Representatives in Any Country

2.1 ATM Total Sports Ltd does not authorize, appoint, or recognize any person as an official representative, agent, or manager.

2.2 Any individual claiming to represent ATM Total Sports Ltd without written approval is unauthorized and may be acting illegally.

2.3 All collaborations are project-based and conducted exclusively with Local Coordinators, who operate strictly in a supporting role, not a representative one.

3. Payments & Registrations – Exclusively Through the Official Website

3.1 All payments, registrations, and financial transactions related to ATM Global Trials are made exclusively through the official website of ATM Total Sports Ltd, using Visa or other approved payment cards.

3.2 Local coordinators or third parties are strictly prohibited from collecting money, deposits, or registration fees from players or academies.

3.3 ATM Total Sports Ltd does not recognize any payment made to any person or entity outside the official payment platform of the company.

3.4 A player's participation in the trials is confirmed only after official electronic payment confirmation.

4. Role of Local Coordinators

4.1 Local Coordinators assist only with logistical and communication support for the ATM Global Trials program.

4.2 Local Coordinators:

  • Do not represent ATM Total Sports Ltd
  • Cannot make decisions on behalf of the company
  • Cannot make statements in the company’s name
  • Cannot collect payments under any circumstance
  • Cannot use the brand to present themselves as company representatives

5. Structure of the ATM Global Trials (4 Days)

5.1 Day 1 – Measurements & Profiling

5.2 Days 2–4 – Match Minutes & Full Video Recording

5.3 The entire program is executed exclusively by the official technical staff of ATM Total Sports.

6. Video Analysis & Player Evaluation

6.1 All video footage is analyzed exclusively at the headquarters of ATM Total Sports Ltd in Cyprus, by the company's certified video analysis team.

6.2 No coach or collaborator outside Cyprus participates in the final evaluation or decision-making process.

6.3 After completion of the trials, each player receives:

  • An official Individual Performance Report
  • An official Certificate of Participation from ATM Total Sports Ltd

7. Player Selection & Opportunities

7.1 The Top 2 Players (MVP & 2nd Best) earn an all-expenses-paid trip to Europe, fully covered by ATM Total Sports Ltd, to attend professional trials with clubs selected according to the player's level and performance profile.

7.2 The next 15 highest-rated players will:

  • Be published on the official ATM Total Sports website
  • Be promoted to European clubs for potential trial invitations
  • Cover their own travel expenses if invited to attend trials abroad

8. Head Coach & Technical Staff

8.1 The Head Coach at the trials operates strictly in a technical capacity under the guidelines of ATM Total Sports Ltd.

8.2 The Head Coach has no authority to make promises, announce selections, or act as a representative of the company.

8.3 Final player selections are based exclusively on the video analysis conducted in Cyprus.

9. Use of ATM Total Sports Name & Brand

9.1 Third parties are prohibited from using the company logo, name, brand identity, or social media assets of ATM Total Sports. Brand usage is permitted only for officially approved partners who appear on the company’s website with full public details.

9.2 It is prohibited to create posts, videos, announcements, statements, or any form of content implying association with ATM Total Sports without prior written approval.

10. Prohibition of Misrepresentation

10.1 Any individual falsely presenting themselves as a representative or partner of ATM Total Sports Ltd will be immediately disqualified or removed.

10.2 The company reserves the right to pursue legal action in cases of fraud or misrepresentation.

11. Legal Framework

11.1 All terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the legal framework of the European Union.

11.2 Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively by the Courts of Limassol, Cyprus.

12. Amendments

12.1 ATM Total Sports Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

12.2 The most recent and valid version is always available on the official website of ATM Total Sports.

(ATM Total Sports Ltd does not store card information. All card data is processed securely by our payment provider.)

  • Cookies
  • IP address
  • Browser information
  • Page visit duration

1.4 Player Evaluation Data

  • Video recordings from the trials
  • Technical and performance assessments
  • Full evaluation reports
  • Final analysis data from our technical team

2. Why We Collect This Data

  • Completion of trial registration
  • Processing secure online payments
  • Communication regarding the trial program
  • Player evaluation and report creation
  • Internal performance analysis
  • Creating online profiles for the selected 15 players
  • Forwarding profiles to European clubs (when applicable)
  • Providing updates on selections, invitations, and opportunities
  • Compliance with EU and Cyprus legal obligations

3. Who Has Access to the Data

Access is strictly limited to:

  • ATM Total Sports Ltd
  • The official technical staff in Cyprus
  • The ATM Total Sports video analysis department
  • Official professional clubs (only for selected players and only after consent)

We do not share personal data with unrelated third parties unless:
• We have written consent, or
• It is legally required.

4. Data Security

ATM Total Sports Ltd uses strict security protocols, including:

  • SSL encryption
  • Secure servers
  • Restricted internal access
  • GDPR-compliant data storage systems

5. Data Retention Period

  • For as long as necessary to provide the service
  • Up to 5 years after participation
  • Longer only if legally required or with explicit consent

6. GDPR – User Rights

Every user has the right to:

  • Access their data

REFUND POLICY

ATM Global Trials – ATM Total Sports Ltd
ATM Total Sports Ltd strives to provide high-quality services.
This Refund Policy applies to all registrations for ATM Global Trials worldwide.

1. Non-Refundable Fees

Participation fees are non-refundable because:

  • Trial slots are limited
  • A slot is reserved immediately upon payment
  • Operational costs begin as soon as the player registers
  • Official kits and materials may already be prepared
  • Coaching staff and venue resources are pre-booked

2. Refunds in Case of Cancellation by ATM Total Sports

A refund is granted only if:

  • ATM Total Sports cancels the trial in that specific country, or
  • The trial is postponed for more than 90 days from the original date

In such cases, the player may choose:

  1. A full refund, or
  2. Transfer of participation to a new date in the same country

3. No Refunds Are Issued When:

  • The player does not show up
  • The player cancels after payment
  • The player faces personal issues, injury, or medical conditions
  • The player fails to obtain a visa (where required)
  • The player changes their mind
  • The player is late or misses the event
  • The player is removed for violating rules
  • Travel delays, flight cancellations, or airport issues occur

4. Transfer to Another Event (Case-by-Case)

In special cases, ATM Total Sports Ltd may allow:

  • Transfer of participation to a future trial

This is optional and not an obligation of the company.

5. ATM Total Sports Ltd Is Not Responsible For:

  • Flight cancellations or delays
  • Visa rejections
  • Medical or injury issues
  • Weather or political conditions
  • Any travel or accommodation expenses
